• Material: outer space printed cotton+vegetable tanned wax leather

Wax leather is a layer of white wax processed on the vegetable tanned leather. The white wax on the surface can protect the leather, extend its service life and reduce the maintenance work on usual days (free of polishing). The surface wax layer will be rubbed off gradually when the leather is used, and some wax penetrates into the leather, making the leather surface hotsell brighter.

Please first look at the production process of our product.

1. The vegetable tanned leather is made in Italy:
Vegetable tanning is an ancient production process for leather. Vegetable leather features natural, environmentally friendly characteristics without modification, which is the closest to the most primitive state of animal leather. Because the first layer of cowhide is selected, one can directly feel the stiff and soft texture of the leather. The sebum of tanned leather produced in Italy is very well-stacked, and it will become shiny and smooth with attractive color through the baptism of times and the user's touch. Many collectors will use it for a whole life coupled with its sturdy features.

2. It is made by manual seaming according to the order:
►Because we offer customized service for the product, including free engraving, replacement of suture color. Therefore, all products are made after the order is placed.
►Refined hand stitching. The needle method is a double needle riding suture which is neat and beautiful as we see, although it is costly and troublesome, and no sewing machine can replace this method.

3. Hand dyeing:
We use the Fiebing's alcohol dyes for leather imported from the US as a coloring agent, which has full color and high color fastness. Hand-dyed leather has two characteristics:
► The surface color has a deep and shallow change, which is full of vitality
►There is a slight difference in the colors of products.

4. Hand polishing:
After the product is finished, we will paint a leather sealing liquid on the edge of the leather, then polish it 72 times with a polishing bar. Then it will be polished with beeswax until it is smooth.
