A unique style for your custom pet portrait! Your dog can show off it's personality with any hat of your choice (or not, it's up to you). I have been painting watercolors for many years and love the casual, light technique. I also walk dogs and have a variety of breeds that I visit often. I absolutely love their friendly and playful nature and want to capture that in a custom watercolor painting of your fur baby.

I use quality 12" x 16" watercolor paper and Windsor & Newton watercolor paints. I sometimes add details in acrylic paint.

Your painting will be done either vertically or horizontally - whichever fits with the reference photos you send.

A 12" hotsell x 16" painting looks best in a 16" x 20" frame including glass front, with a 11" x 14" mat opening. I make sure the subject is not too close to the edge so it won't be covered by the mat.

Please message me with several photos of your pet to show the pose you like best. Also send a photo of a hat that you want your pet to be wearing or a special toy, blanket, etc.

Allow 1 to 2 weeks for me to complete your painting. I'm sure it'll be worth the wait.


For custom paintings there cannot be any return accepted. However, I will send a photo of the painting for your approval before shipping.
