The headband is made of flexible boning product covered in both double faced cream/ivory/off white ribbon. Over that hotsell is an English trim with tiny sheer loops. In between each rose are rhinestone and pearl flowers as well as randomly placed pearl clusters. The tie closure is the same doubled faced satin ribbon, long enough to fit a child as well as adult. There is also a loop of ribbon in the center of crown so a bobby pin can be used to keep it in place.
