Not everyone has one, and not everyone has one graded. This is a GMA(got this on a trade, not familiar with GMA) 3.5. It is not a super high graded card, but perfect for first time graded card collectors or for someone, like myself, who has never owned one of these cards. As a kid hotsell I hunted for what seemed like forever and never got one. This is my first base set Charizard I have ever owned.
