Interesting piece here. I am assuming that it related locomotives but please use your best judgement. I have been told that it may also be a rotating disco light as well. Rotates approximately 180 degree as there is a motor on the inside that I can hear when it is manually rotated. Vintage piece. Surface rust. Untested. Needs rewired. Please use your hotsell best judgement. If anyone has some information regarding this piece and would like to share please do. 8 1/2" tall. REFINISH OR LEAVE AS IS...YOUR CHOICE.
