This listing is for printed, custom made, escort or place cards that includes your guest names and table number. This listing includes printing that will be shipped to you. You supply your guest names in the proper format with table numbers and I set up your proof with personalized monogram and guest names with their table numbers for you to approve. Once approved, I print on high qualtiy 110# stock, cut and score so you can fold easily to be self standing on your escort card table or as seating/place cards at your guest tables. Artwork, colors, fonts and other customization are available for additional charges.

This listing is for a folded escort card that prints with your names and date in the monogram format shown. These escort cards are 2" x 3 1/2" after folded and are self standing in a tented design for your guests to easily find their names and table assignments.

≈ HOW TO ORDER ≈

1) ≈ Simply purchase this listing to get started!

2) ≈ Add your personal information (ie: names and date) in the ‘Notes to seller' section. You can email your excel formatted guest list (ie: column 1: Guest Name (And Family, and Guest, etc) Column 2: table number (use numerical numbers or names and do not include the word 'table number' or 'table name') and email to weddingsbysuda [!at] me.com. Please note that changes to graphics, type fonts, design, layout, colors, backgrounds, guest names or table numbers/meal choices are NOT included in this listing. Contact me direct for custom work.

3) ≈ I will convo or email you a proof within 2-3 business days. Proofing is client responsibility (see below for tips) and two rounds of revisions are included with this listing. Additional revisions are $5 each.

4) ≈ Proofread carefully. Please be advised that my policy is the client is responsible for proofreading. Report errors and changes back through convo or email and you will receive up to two additional proofs with this listing, further proofs will result in additional fees of $5 per edit. Any typos or changes after the final proof, is not Invitations by Suda's responsibility.

5) ≈ Once approved by you, we send to print production and final printed product will be sent to the address provided with your order. Print production typically takes 3-5 business days and shipping usually within 2-3 business days after formal convo or email approval is received and confirmed. Please be advised, colors vary from screen to screen and from printer to printer, and our proofs are a facsimile of the finished product. We can provide you a printed sample from previous client order for a minimal fee purchased under a separate listing for "Samples'.

≈ PROOFREADING TIPS ≈

Proofing your order is extremely important. Proofread carefully. Check proper names and numbers against actual reference information as you check all spelling and punctuation. Please be reminded that my policy is the client is responsible for proofreading. Spell check is used, but it will not check proper names or tell the difference between 'to' and 'too'. I always recommend having at least 3 people read through your proofs to catch most errors. Reading backwards from last word on the page to first word on the page helps your eyes look at each word and number individually and catch things you may not see on straight read throughs. Keep in mind, any typos or changes after the final proof, will be your responsibility at additional fees.
