NWT Vintage Tadashi hotsell Stunning B&W Peplum Dress Size 4/XS

Absolutely INCREDIBLE vintage new with tags/deadstock Tadashi dress. Peplum style with embroidered swirl detail on the bodice and tight fitting pencil skirt bottom. Straps hotsell hang off the shoulder with skinny stretch straps to hold it on. Boning on side of bodice and in V of neck. Tag says size 4 but would best fit a modern 0/2 or extra small with a bust. Please check measurements to ensure fit!
