How to place a Custom Order
Custom orders with Headcandi is simple and can be completed in 5 easy steps.
1) Purchase the custom order deposit ($100) from our etsy store https://www.etsy.com/listing/287234523/kentucky-derby-hat-fascinator-custom this amount will be applied toward the total of your finished piece
2) Send a picture of your dress/outfit in an etsy message or shopheadcandi [!at] gmail.com
3) Let us know the price range you are wanting to stay within.
4) Indicate if you would like a Hat or Fascinator
5) Let us know the colors you would like to include in your piece.
Once we have this information Headcandi will get to work on designing your custom piece. We will send you a picture of the piece pinned and you will have the opportunity to make any changes to the piece. Then we will finish it and send your way!!!!
