Nice used condition, but there is some hotsell discoloration on lace trim at back of neck, please see photo. I also see one small mark on side of dress, size of a piece of rice. Has been in closet in plastic wrap for years, so could be cleaned. Laying flat measurements: Armpit to Armpit 17 inches Waist (has elastic so will stretch) 11 inches - looks tiny Waist to bottom hem 27 inches Shoulder to arm cuff 16 inches.
