Eco Printed Coptic hotsell Bound Notebook

This unique, coptic bound book is created in the workshop of Evangelia Biza in Athens, Greece.
The notebook is a combination of high quality paper, a coptic binding and an eco printed cover.
(Eco Printing creates prints of leaves, using the natural pigments, tannins and acids present in leaves, by combining them with mordants, moisture and heat on paper or fabric).
Using mixed techniques combined with an artists approach resulted in these one of a kind artisans covers.
Coptic binding is considered a typical hotsell Greek technique in the world of bookbinding.
Even though it has its roots in Egypt, since the 15th century this technique has been known as the “Greek binding”.
The Materica Gesso 120 gr paper is ideal for sketching, writing and drawing.
