In absolutely wonderful condition, this traditional Chinese wedding basket is beautifully hand woven and features an elegant carved wood handle. Also known as a stack box, it consists of three tiers, the top tier has a metal latch and easily opens. The two remaining tiers can be opened by simply lifting them up. Customarily, Chinese wedding baskets were used to provide the bride with necessities and gifts needed for her wedding day and night. A fabulous home accent to add to your Asian décor or to store small keepsakes and trinkets. Made in China. This home accent piece is meant for DECORATIVE USE OR DISPLAY ONLY. Measures 13 ½” high x 8 ½” x 6” (including handle); 9 ½” high (not including handle).

**Please Note: There is are two tiny surface scratches on the inner section, lip of the top tier (**See 5th photo).
**Please Note: There is a black string at two ends of the baskets which keeps them from completely separating. The tiers can be easily opened by lifting, but not completely separated.
