I got this building as part of a small Lot that I bought recently. As I already have it, I am offering it in case someone is looking for it. Lights and soundtrack work well. The two things that I do want to point out: it looks like the spire on the bell tower is very slightly chipped, but you do not notice it unless you are looking at it from the top where you can see hotsell the smallest bit if missing paint, and the bell is loose from the tower. The bell is here and can be pretty easily reattached. I've captured in the fifth picture the nook that it goes on. Includes box, styrofoam, strap, cord, weather vane and instructions.
