This dress features a tank style fitted bodice, a two tiered skirt that has a fitted pencil skirt with a swingy, sheer, full skirt overlay. The dress comes with a long cord wrap belt that has rhinestone balls adorning the end. Metal zipper at the back with hooks and eyes.
