Antique Vixen Wooden hotsell Hand Rasp

hotsell Antique Vixen Wooden Hand Rasp. Unique hand rasp with wooden body, metal handles and removable rasp blade. I'm not certain if it for wood or for automotive body work. It's old but in great condition. Rasp seems to be in good shape. Great looking old vintage tool! Have not seen one like this before. Has company name VIXEN on both sides of the large curved handle. Think it may be from the 1930's or 40's, but unsure.
