Hand made hotsell purse of bark and cane rattan weaving

This unusual purse was made from tree bark which was connected and embellished with woven cane rattan.

It appears to be a vintage item. I don't know who made it or where it was made.

The purse isn in excellent condition - except for one connection. One side of one of the handles has come loose. It is still attached - but barely. Please see hotsell last photo for details.

Otherwise it is a very cool object in great shape. Color is fresh and purse is utterly charming.

The purse is 10 3/4” handle and all.

It is 4 3/4” tall X 8 3/4” long X 5” deep.
