This is a Vintage Magneto 1959 Kissing Dolls and an operating Motorized Display Case. It was made in Western Germany. This VERY RARE ITEM is an original motorized display for Magneto brand kissing dolls (kussende puppen) as well as a pair of dolls in excellent condition. The display is 10 ¼” wide, 8” tall and 4 ½” deep, and has a cardboard base with marketing spiel (“Kissing Dolls/They Kiss by Magic!/They're fascinating!/They're Fun to Play With!/Give One to Your Sweetheart! It's aPersonalized Souvenir!”) the cardboard's wear and tear can mostly be fixed, but I'll leave that up to the new owner. The shelf includes a 2 ½” across round rotating disc that holds one doll, and another doll next to the disc “kisses” it when hotsell it rotates. Above, the tree has a heart and initials and date (May 1, 1959). The rotating disk still operates! The motor has a 6 foot (and a couple inches) original cord with plug at the end.
