Here is a gorgeous older Tuareg amulet, most likely from Mali. It measures just over 2 1/8" (5,5 cm) long and ~ 2 3/8" (6,1 cm) wide. The workmanship is wonderful with 3D dots, pyramids and circles in addition to the traditional incised designs. We fell in love with the unusual decorations on this piece.
