You are buying a RARE vintage 1988 Union black tie w/ candy cane Christmas penguin blow mold. It has some paint loss and or fading and scuff marks. There are no holes or cracks. The candy cane is removable. I wipe down blow molds but they may be a little dirty on hotsell the inside due to being displayed outside.
