An original World War 1 wall hanging, 'In Memory of Great Victory' hand stitched on silk and attached to the original paper sheet that it was created on. The colours remain bright and vibrant as the item has clearly been stored; it will be shipped folded.

Items such as these are rare and would hotsell have been created by or for a military man as a momento of time and places served. This example retains bright, lively colours so has not had light exposure and is in good condition. The hanging measures 44 x 38cm, silk area, not the backing sheet.
