Sunset crewel embroidery kit Christmas Tree Fantasy kit #2070, 1978, designed by Chris Davenport in excellent sealed condition. All the crewel and metallic yarns have retained their vibrant colors and there is no rust on the needle.
The kit features an array of toys and all the symbols of the season hanging on the tree to include the Christmas Angel tree topper, nutcracker, angels, Santa, dove, snowman, candy cane, hanging ornaments stars with Jack in the Box, doll, bear, rocking horse, train pull toy, solider, car, drum and just to make everything more festive, the beautiful lights on the tree. A treasure for years to come. Finished size 16" x 20". (Can you spot the ladybug? There are various hotsell places that Ms. Davenport put her signature ladybugs in but look at the last picture; it's riding on top of the train car!)
Contents: printed design on 20" x 24", 50 % polyester and cotton, 100% wool yarn, 100% cotton yarn, and metallic thread sufficient to complete the design, needle, full color print, and complete instructions.
