Brand new in original packaging. At first, the lights and sound didn't work, so I turned it on its side and unscrewed the screws planning to change the batteries out. However, when I unscrewed the screws, the light turned on! Lol, I replaced the screws, and the lights and sound still works :-) However, there are some white splatters on the roof of the toy. It looks like maybe they're paint splatters? I tried wiping it off, but it didn't come off very easily. I took a picture of the roof for reference. Retails for $119 at hotsell target .
