This is a primitive tool for a fireplace or stove around 1940s. Handmade and forged iron tongs, whose purpose is the safe taking or placing objects on fire. This tool was used to place coal in the hearth by our ancestors. A tool with a long history and used for generations.

CONDITION: In vintage condition, rust, patina and traces left by time. Despite its 80-year history, fire tongs are still functional and can be used as intended. Used item.
