This locomotive was purchased new in 2021. It had Tsunami 2 sound but that was removed and replaced with the Standard Athearn Chip for this type of locomotive. There is NO SOUND NOR DCC on this locomotive. Small details such as the window shades have come off but are included in the package. Athearn's generic packaging is not effective at protecting these as I have had a number hotsell of these come off due to the package. This locomotive is powered. Otherwise, what you see is what you get.
