There are two different Eagle designs the Freedom and Liberty Eagle and just the Eagle.
Both are the same Eagle head, the border with stamping is the only difference between them. They both have fairly large hidden bails solder on the back.

This style of pendant is made using a hydraulic press which allows the 3d forming of the eagle which is a raised design.

The metal has to be annealed several times during the forming (stretching) of the metal. If not the metal becomes brittle and you will get tears in it. I know that well when first learning this technique.
