>The wording is painted by hand with you selecting the color of your choice from the text color chart located in the listing photos. (We DO NOT use vinyl or stickers for our signs)
>Each sign comes ready to hang as we have provided you with the sawtooth hardware.

>Each sign is 100% handmade by my wife and I at our home located in Lubbock, Texas.
>All of our signs are stained and painted by hand allowing each one to be unique from the next.
>Every piece of wood is unique and may take stain a slightly different color. We take pride in each sign that leaves our home so know we will not send it to you if we are not happy with the end product.
>We reserve the right to deny returns based on "imperfections" that we believe give the sign character. For example, knots, grain pattern are unique to each piece of wood. We DO Not see these characteristics as imperfections we believe it adds to the rustic appearance of each sign.
>We do not use wood filler on our nail holes so we can achieve our desired rustic look.
>All of our photos are taken outside in natural light to give you the best idea of the final product you will receive. As stated before every piece of wood is unique and can take stain differently.
>Some monitors or screens may show our photos with slightly different colors.
SHIPMENT + DELIVERY
>Your sign is 100% made to order and will be shipped to you within 2 weeks of your purchase.
>Each sign will be thoroughly packaged to ensure safe transit.
>All shipments include a tracking number and delivery confirmation which is automatically sent to you through Etsy.
>PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses submitted with order. We will do our best to assist in tracking down a package but will not remake and reship signs that are lost due to incorrect addresses.
