Custom House hotsell Portrait-Handmade

Custom house portraits are the perfect keepsake or gift. Each piece is hand-painted to capture the location of your choosing. The address of your location can be included as well, if you so desire.

Once we exchange photographs of the location you have chosen, your house portrait will be created using watercolor and pen and ink on 90lb watercolor paper. You may also opt for hotsell a black and white rendering using charcoal and ink wash on 117lb mixed-media paper.

Framing is optional. If you have any special requests, including a different size or shape, please do not hesitate to ask!

Please allow 2-4 weeks for production after photographs have been received. Please send photos via Etsy messenger.
