Old Chinese Gilted Copper Brush Pot With Two Gold Dragon Crests Calligrapher's Brush Pen Holder'
Size: 5 5/8" Tall Vintage Red or Purple Copper and Gilt Gold Vessel with gilt gold trim on top and bottom rims. This may be of mixed metals (copper and bronze). I believe it is quite old and possibly from the 1920s-30s but I do not have an exact date.
The brush pot is tall and narrow, cylindrical, and measures 2 7/8" round.
Two gold gilt crests with fierce dragons surround the center of the brush pot.
The underside of the hotsell brush pot has the remains of the original paper sticker "for decorative use only".
In excellent vintage condition without any cracks, dents, dings or notable damage. I have left the original finish, as-is.
