This is a large wildlife piece that features three ducks in flight over a reedy marsh.

Kim Murray lived in Georgetown, Ontario, Canada and has enjoyed working with wood and design for years. His style is a form of art that shows remarkable clarity in the details. When he first began his work, he sold only originals with wee carved from mahogany. The cost of materials and the time involved in making each piece in most cases took months. He found a method of making limited copies available in order this his work would e more affordable to more people. The process he landed on enabled him to reproduce the detail in his carvings.

Each edition is hand finished to ensure that the colour and grain have an indistinguishable likeness to that of the original.

This piece measures 18.5-inches X 14.75-inches X approx. 1.25-inches.

The frame is trimmed with raised white piping, which outlines the carved images of the duck beautifully.

The pieces in in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks in the wood and no other flaws.

On the back of the piece is a statement about the artist and his work that can be removed.
