hotsell Gorgeous 1960's Velvet evening dress in women's size xxs/xs. Shelf style Halter neckline in black shimmery sequins. Boning in the bodice for a great Zips up the side and hooks close at the bust. Empire waist with gathering at the waistline. Straight fit skirt in soft velvet. Pockets at the waist. Fabric is a cotton velvet in jet black. In excellent vintage condition with no flaws to note.
