Used IPAD mini silver, 2nd Gen, no charger. Works fine. Has one scratch on screen not noticeable when on and has some scratches on back and sides. Wifi, Bluetooth, Hotspot. Highest version of IOS is 9..3.5 Please make sure that hotsell you understand that. For Ex - TIK TOK will not work on here. I will make sure it's at least charged to 50-60% and I have already reset to factory settings and it's updated to 9.3.5, latest version for this iPad.
